COSY SHERIDAN has been called one of our era’s finest & most thoughtful songwriters. For the past three decades, her music has regularly topped the folk radio charts while she has performed in every corner of the US. Audience first met Sheridan in 1992, when she won the songwriting contests at both Kerrville Folk Festival & Telluride Bluegrass Festival, followed by the release of her critically acclaimed CD, “Quietly Led.” These days she teaches workshops in songwriting, guitar, & performance all over the country, & is also the founder & director of Moab Folk Camp in Moab, UT. Sheridan plays a percussive, bluesy guitar, often in open tunings & occasionally with two or more capos. Backed by the strong bass rhythms & harmonies of Charlie Koch, her concerts are a wide-ranging, entertaining, & tuneful experience. Thoughtful songs, big guitar! CONCERT IN LOWER PNA “BRICK BUILDING,” PARKING LOT OFF 67TH. More: https://www.seafolklore.org/events/cosy-sheridan-2025
