Camlann Medieval Festival and Feast
When: Sunday, Aug 25 2019 @ 02:30 PM (GMT-7:00)
Where: Camlann Medieval Village - Carnation, WA
The lord of Camlann invites you to attend his summer village festivals, with puppetry, crafts, archery, and minstrels. Come to Somersetshire, ancient realm of Arthur the king, and visit the colorful world of Chaucer's England in 1376. Here is your chance to be a part of village life: Come as a noble knight, a fine lady, a squire, a monk, or a villager. The Clothier rents Medieval attire to wear during festivals, makes it more fun, but not required. Concerts all day long! Performers at Camlann are skilled professional entertainers, presenting music and stories from medieval sources, using instruments played before 1400. Our food stall has wholesome ploughman’s meals, pasties, and muste to drink. After the festival we'll join the Harvest Feast. The meal includes 12 dishes brought forth in two courses, announced with trumpet fanfares and featuring courtly minstrels with songs and stories accompanied on the lute. See menu at camlann.org/harvest feast.htm. Limited to 10.
