Italian Hors d'Oeuvres Class and Dinner

This hands on class will be a tour of traditional and more creative antipasti in the Italian style. Chef Furrow will start a discussion on how to use antipasti to generate excitement and set the stage for a special dinner or event. Then, it's time to roll up your sleeves and learn how to prepare mouthwatering bites like grissini with cheese, prosciutto, honey and black pepper, roasted spiced whole mushrooms, various bruschette and more. The focus will be on finger foods, perfect for entertaining. Antipasti are all about big flavor, bright color and artful presentation designed to make an impact. Includes an aperitivo and a full dinner.
